Designing functional and appealing websites using standards is something we are very passionate about. And if you prefer Flash, that's OK too.
We've been designing website for quite a while now. For start-ups, bands, partnerships, sole traders, companies and agencies, we've done all types of online design work. Anything from flash designs, e-commerce and membership sites, to re-designs and re-builds, we've produced it.
Over the years, we've learned that there is much more to web design than simply having the tools of the trade. Nice designs and programming languages help, but it's still about the message and importantly, the strength of the delivery, from visual impact to it's effectiveness within the medium.
When designing websites, we consider many factors that contribute to success, things like tone, ease of use and being able to find it in the search engines, to name a few. And we don't stop there.

Doing it right
Worth noting is that we design websites properly - and there are all manner of ways in which to design them, not all of them effective. We design websites that are tailor-made to your specific requirements but we also design with usability in mind and present the site using standards-compliant mark-up. And we do so for very good reasons (read our Accessibility page for more on the subject).
The boring techie stuff
If you can handle a list of the programming languages that we can use to spruce things up, they include;- PHP and mySQL, C#, Javascript and Perl. You may not know what all these mean, just that we know how to make use of the technology as required and where necessary.
If you yearn a super-rich Flash website, we can add some spice with ActionScript for that extra special touch. Even if you want flash in parts of your website (and we advise doing so judiciously), we can do that too and keep them accessible.
Practicing what we preach
In case you were wondering, our site is valid to the WCAG guidelines set by the W3C. Our site is presented in XHTML- strict mark-up. Using the online W3C and Bobby validators and by checking the guidelines manually, our site pages passes to level AAA. You can check this validity via links placed in the footer of our website if you like.
