The quality of output, the precision, the consistency of the print work at BDP is exceptional. So when we designed for them, precision in print was the theme.
Since they were printing in-house, we had a little latitude with the design, so we introduced a cut in the business card to easily slide into any pocket. The top cut worked well with the logo. It made sense and they loved it.
We designed the first web site for BDP in 2003, in HTML and in Flash. The flash design includes some of the best flash animation of the day. Check out how the site pages change. The site was designed to be fun to use, so you may end up playing around a bit before you actually read the content, which is kept to a minimum. Even these days (2005), there are few flash sites around like the one BDP have.
