South Hampstead Housing Co-operative (a Tenant Managed Organisation) have a management agreement and receive an allowance from Camden Council to deliver a full range of housing management services over a defined area.
South Hampstead Housing first asked us to design a one-colour map of the area for etching into seven new brushed aluminium signs that were to be dispersed throughout the estate. Not our usual task, but we could deliver, so we did it. Working with the original architectural plans, plus a little surveying and photography of our own, we designed the map complete with labels, logos and 'you are here' arrows for seven locations.
Shortly after, we were asked to design and print calling cards for the maintenance team. With no reliable print-quality logo available, we helped to define the brand, making a few improvements along the way, such as opening the logo up.
