Timber Reclaimed
The Web site was designed in 2002.
The stationary on a smooth cream conqueror stock.
Timber Reclaimed are buyers, processors and sellers of reclaimed pitch pine. They distinguish themselves by their technical knowledge of the timber, their expertise of how it must be fitted and finished and their knowledge of the historical context for restoration projects.
Although they were aiming at the conservation and restoration market, they were keen not to have an image that is “olde worlde or anything too tree bound”.
We were inspired by the thought of a burnt-in brand on the end of a beautifully restored pitch-pine beam.
With the first draft approved we went on to design the stationary and have it printed on conqueror cream stock. The business card logo was spot-varnished for that extra special touch.
We also designed a small brochure and some post cards. We applied the uniform look and feel of the brand to a web site in 2002.
